Blogging Excuses

Ok I'm not doing so good with this blog thing! I guess that I originally thought it would be an easy thing to do, that i would just start a blog and the subjects would just flow freely like wine. Boy was I wrong!When I do have a post idea, it seems I don't have the time to write it, and when I have time it seems I can't decide on a subject!My solution is to keep my diary with me, jot down a few lines for when I have the time to actually sit down and write.Also, when  I have any free time I seem to fill it more with reading others blogs (which is my# 1 hobby right now)How do you keep the ideas coming for your blog? How do you find the time to balance posting and reading?
